Understanding International Returns
Because PandaBD sources products directly from overseas markets (US, UK, etc.) on your behalf, standard local return policies do not apply. Returning an item internationally is highly complex and expensive. Therefore, returns for "change of mind" are strictly not permitted once an order has been processed overseas.
1. Order Cancellation & Full Refunds
You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you cancel your order within the allowed windows:
- Standard Orders: You may cancel for a full refund at any time before our overseas team has purchased the item from the international retailer. Once the item is purchased and tracking is generated overseas, it cannot be canceled.
- Group Buys: You may cancel your commitment at any time before the campaign reaches its target threshold. Once the campaign succeeds and bulk purchasing begins, Group Buy orders are entirely non-refundable.
- Unfulfillable Orders: If the requested item goes out of stock overseas or is restricted by customs, PandaBD will automatically cancel the order and issue a 100% refund.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim any refund for physical damage, missing parts, or a Dead on Arrival (DOA) product, you must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video. The video must clearly show the shipping label intact, the breaking of the package seal, and the initial inspection/testing of the device. Without this video, claims for transit damage or missing items will be automatically rejected.
2. Returns for Wrong or Defective Items (DOA)
While we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, PandaBD takes full responsibility if we make a mistake or if the item is catastrophically defective out of the box:
- Wrong Item Delivered: If we deliver an incorrect model, color, or variant, do not break the manufacturer seal. Notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a return and full refund or exchange at our expense.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the item arrives completely non-functional, notify us within 3 days with your unboxing video. We will facilitate a return and initiate a refund or replacement process.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We will not accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:
- You simply do not like the product after opening it.
- The product suffers physical or liquid damage after successful delivery.
- You ordered the wrong item/variant by mistake and the item has already been purchased overseas.
- The manufacturer's retail seal has been broken (for claims regarding incorrect items).
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our support team, the funds will be routed back to you. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., Bank Transfer, bKash, SSLCommerz, or Card).
