2. Pricing, Customs & Currency Fluctuations

The prices listed on our platform are calculated based on the current product price, estimated international shipping, and standard Bangladesh customs duties. However, because we operate across borders, you agree to the following:

• Currency Volatility: If extreme fluctuations occur between the BDT and the sourcing currency (USD/GBP) before your item is purchased overseas, we reserve the right to adjust the final invoice.
• Customs & Duties: PandaBD handles standard customs clearance. However, if Bangladesh Customs imposes sudden, unforeseen tariff hikes on specific electronics while your item is in transit, the additional cost may be reflected in your final due balance.
• In the event of a pricing error or miscalculation on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. International Shipping & Timelines

We pride ourselves on fast air-freight delivery, but international logistics are subject to variables outside our control:

• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): All delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees.
• PandaBD is not legally or financially liable for delays caused by airline cargo backlogs, geopolitical events, severe weather, or extended holds by Bangladesh Customs Authorities.

4. Group Buy Commitments

Our "Group Buy" feature allows the community to unlock wholesale pricing by combining orders. By participating in a Group Buy, you agree that:

• Once a Group Buy campaign reaches its target threshold and the purchasing phase begins, your order becomes a binding commitment.
• Group Buy orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to a "change of mind" after the threshold is met, as this would unfairly penalize other community members and disrupt the wholesale order.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of international purchasing, standard order cancellations are strictly limited:

• You may request a cancellation for a standard order only if the item has not yet been purchased by our overseas team.
• Once an item is purchased and dispatched to our US/UK warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
• PandaBD reserves the right to cancel any order if the item goes out of stock at the overseas retailer, if there are payment security concerns, or if international shipping restrictions change. In these cases, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.

6. User Responsibilities & Fraud Prevention

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. PandaBD utilizes strict fraud-prevention measures. If we detect suspicious payment activity, we may require additional identity verification before processing your international order. Failure to comply may result in immediate order cancellation and account suspension.
