Transparent guidelines for your international tech imports.

The "Cross-Border" Difference
PandaBD acts as a facilitator to bring you authentic products directly from the US, UK, and other global markets. Because these are international imports, local brand warranties in Bangladesh generally do not apply. All valid warranties fall strictly under International Manufacturer Warranties.
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Transit Damage
We take the utmost care in shipping, but if a product arrives non-functional or damaged out of the box:
- 3-Day Window: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory: To claim DOA or transit damage, you must provide an uncut, continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label, breaking the seal, and the initial test of the device.
- PandaBD will facilitate a replacement or full refund if the DOA claim is verified and the original packaging is perfectly intact.
2. International Manufacturer Warranty
If your product develops a hardware fault after the initial 3 days, it falls under the manufacturer's global warranty (if applicable):
- PandaBD will assist in communicating with the manufacturer on your behalf.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is fully responsible for all two-way international shipping costs (Bangladesh to the US/UK and back) required to claim the warranty.
- Processing times (repair or replacement) depend entirely on the manufacturer's policies and international logistics.
3. Group Buy Specific Conditions
Items purchased through our "Group Buy" campaigns are sourced collectively to secure massive discounts for the community:
- Group Buy orders are strictly non-refundable once the campaign goal is met and purchasing has commenced.
- Cancellations are only permitted before the campaign reaches its target.
- If PandaBD delivers the wrong item or variant by mistake, we will take full responsibility for the exchange.
4. Warranty Voids & Exclusions
International warranties will be immediately voided under the following conditions:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, deep scratches, bent chassis).
- Liquid damage or moisture exposure.
- Electrical damage caused by power surges or using non-certified/fake charging bricks.
- Unauthorized repair attempts or opening the device by a third-party technician.
- Custom firmware flashing or software rooting.
- Missing original retail packaging, manuals, or serial number stickers.
5. How to Initiate a Claim
To start a DOA or Warranty claim, please contact our support team via your dashboard or email us directly. You must provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the required photo/video evidence.
